Question Hi, I have two questions. I want to design t-shirts and sell them. So far adobe illustrator has been mentioned as the software to use. It is a little pricey so I would like to know is there a cheaper software that have the same or most of the features that adobe illustrator cs4 has? Second question, if not is there a website that offers free download of this software?

Illustrator is a pretty technical application, so if you have no background in design applications it may be pretty overwhelming. You can download a 30 day trial on Adobe.com. There really isnt anything FREE that you can download legally that compares.
