Question
Hi! I am using adobe illustrator CS2 version and i use lots of pictures in my
work. Recently i have a problem and i dont no why. When i place a picture in my
document, i always press "embed" button. The last few days there is no "embed
button" on my toolbar! I would be very pleased if you can tell me where i can
find it. Thank you very much!!

The reason you have no "embed" option is because the images are already embedded. When you place an image in AI, you have the option in the place dialog box to have them linked or not. Im guessing the "link" check box is not on in your place dialog box.
