need help - in cs4 to make rounded corners on a rectangle picture.

Hi Raymond,


Effects>Stylize>Rounded Corners. This only works on vector images. If you are talking about a placed picture (raster) then you will have to create a rounded rectangle over this image at the desired size, then select both the image and the rectangle and go to Object>Clipping Mask>Make.
