Adobe Illustrator/Installed CS3 on new computer, Now Getting Error Loading Plugins (Control Panel.aip)

Question
Hi,

I recently upgraded to a new computer and tried to reinstall my CS3 premium professional to the new machine.  The new computer is in the same operating system (Windows XP).

After getting a plugin error (Error Loading Plugins. Control Panel.aip), I searched the web for solutions.  I tried loading the Illustrator 13.0.2 updater and I'm still getting the error.

What else can I do to fix this?

BTW, Photoshop openings without any problems. But, I also get an error in INDD (JavaScript Error (#30619, Error String and item with that name already exists. Line 345).  If you know how to fix this INDD issue let me know!  I'm searching the web for clues.

Thanks for your help!
