Adobe Illustrator/missing qual/media dialog box in CS4

Question
Hi Kevin, Just upgraded to snow leopard & CS4. When printing from Illustrator CS4 I no longer have the quality & media selection in the print window. I cannot select best photo quality or photo paper. It only allows me to select the paper size. I called the Adobe help line but they have no clue!

Hi Patti,

This is not a CS4 or Snow Leopard issue. This has to do with your printer specifically. Try uninstalling and reinstalling your print drivers and make sure they are Leopard and CS4 compatible. There were some Epson printers that were rendered obsolete by the new Software.
