Adobe Illustrator/Creating Text to Wave

Question
Hello: I have looked through the edit portion of illustrator, but am unable to come up with a quick way to create the attached text the mirrors the wording below while staying straight on the top. Can you let me know how I might go about doing this other than altering each letter individually.

Hi Karin,

Without seeing exactly what you are working on, its hard to answer this. The best advice I can give you now is to duplicate the text via copy/paste. You can then use Effects>Warp to distort or if you just want to reflect the text, go to Object>Transform>Reflect.
