Adobe Illustrator/Illustrator CS4

QuestionQUESTION: Our Marketing girl has CS4 running on a mac. I'm the IT guy, but she's the only one in the company using a mac, and I don't know much about mac or illustrator. She's trying to print out some name tags that she's been doing for a long time now. All of a sudden if she tries to print this 2x10 document, it comes out like it's printing landscape but the printer is printing portrait. It does this to any printer, and other documents print fine. I'm assuming there is a setting that is wrong, but can't seem to figure it out. Any help?
ANSWER: Hi Nathan,
In the print window, you can change portrait or landscape settings. Its on the middle right side of the first window of the dialog box under "Media". You can choose your print size and orientation there.

QUESTION: Hi Kevin,
I understand about the whole landscape and portrait setting, I should have pointed this out in the original question, but that doesn't seem to be the issue here. If we click landscape or portrait it prints the same way.
AnswerHi Nathan,
If you have chosen the correct settings for printer and the media size/ orientation, try going to the Page Setup and Printer buttons on the bottom left and make sure all is correct in those dialog boxes as well. If that does nothing then you may need to update or reinstall her printer drivers.
Thanks
