Adobe Illustrator/EPS has bigger bounding box than AI file

Question

white_space
Hi, An EPS file saved from AI CS3 is seeming to add white space to the right hand side of the file when viewed in another application. You can also see this if you open the EPS file in Photoshop. It appears the bounding box is just a bit bigger on the right hand side. This is not happening to all files. I can find nothing in the file in this area to make the file incorrect size.
We use an automatic pagination system with predefined areas for graphics and this EPS shows the white space to the right.
This also happens if the file is saved as a jpeg, bitmap and also saved in CS4 AI

Answer
Gary, have you checked where your actual printing boundaries are on the artboard?

To see where the print area is currently located on your page, choose View > Show Page Tiling.

Illustrator's printable area is movable. (It can also serve as the bounding box in some formats).

To move it, click on the page tool (look under the hand tool on the tool bar) and click and drag to place on your document.

If this wasn't the issue, let me know at AmyLynPace@yahoo.com and please send me one of your EPS files fresh out of Illustrator, not PhotoShop).
