Adobe Illustrator/Object won't print

Question
I am trying to print out this multilayer graphic.  It is a letter of the alphabet in white, with red 3-D blocking.  The red blocking prints out fine, the white is either very transparent, or does not print out at all.  This letter is on top of a color swatch that is a camouflage print.  I suspect that is has something to do with that, but I can't figure out what it is. I have tried to redo the graphic (by pulling the letter from an existing document to the camo document) but the results remain the same. I will print out if it is not placed over the camo swatch.

Answer
Melissa,
If you set the View to Overprint Preview chances are the artwork will view the same as it prints(with the missing white knockout). To fix this:
Go to the Window menu and show the Attributes panel.
Select the white object.
Uncheck the Overprint option in the Attributes panel.
Hope this helps. Good Luck
Nick
