Question
I just downloaded a update for i-tunes, now illustrator CS2 is not responding. I'll click on the icon and it'll go through the process of opening but will stop at the title screen of illustrator. What should I do?

Hi Jay,

Try uninstalling iTunes and see if it reopens ok. If it is a conflict with iTunes, there really isn't much I can do. If it still gives you problems on open after removing iTunes, note the status on the startup screen and write me back.
