QUESTION: Hi,
I am having issues uploading files that I have saved as eps docs.  When I go to select the file it is greyed out and unavailable.  I am a total beginner with CS3 and not at all tech-savvy.  Appreciate some advice.

I apologize for the delay getting back to you. I had a business trip and returned this morning. Did you find the solution? If so, great. If not, would you please answer a couple questions so I understand a little better.
By "uploading" do you mean attaching files in email, uploading to an FTP site, or a server? I'm assuming you can open the files without a problem.
