Hello Kevin, I am not sure if I am in the right category here, but here goes.
Mac OS X 10.4.11.
I uninstalled and reinstalled my Adobe CS3 software and now cannot print from any CS3 programs. I can print other things. My printer is Canon iP6600D. I also reinstalled the printer software, rebooted, etc. This is the error message I get: The process "Pictwpstops" stopped unexpectedly with status 1.
PLEASE HELP. Many thanks

Hi Kathleen,

This sounds like a printer communication issue. The only thing I can recommend is to uninstall everything related to your Cannon and reinstall the print drivers. Sorry I can't be more helpful. If that does not work, perhaps try the Cannon help center.
