Adobe Illustrator/Alignment Objects

Dear Kevin Stohlmeyer!

I am using AI CS3 and would like to align the object(s)/text(s) to the separated column horizontally and vertically. I feel that it takes long to align it, especially when there are a lot of alignments. I know how to align but just feel it's late. Could I have another way to do it faster? I'll attach the "Question Image" to you.

Hi Touch,

You can use an area text box and under Object>Area Type Options, change the number of rows and columns to reflect the invoice's setup. You can then set up paragraph alignments and space out the rows and columns to match.
