Hi Kevin!
I'm having a problem all of a sudden placing images in Illustrator. When I go to place an image, the dialog box opens, I select the image I want but it just won't show up in Illustrator. There's just nothing in the file. It doesn't seem to matter if I link it or embed it. A few days ago it was working fine, so I'm not sure if I did something without realizing that's not allowing images to be place. Any ideas?

Hi Kim

Are you in outline mode? Go to the View menu and make sure it is set to preview mode. You can also check your layers panel to make sure that an individual layer is not set to outline mode (the eye icon would be outlined).

That is normally the cause.
