Adobe Illustrator/Exporting pngs from Illustrator

Question
QUESTION: Sorry to ask a new question - I wasn't allowed any more follow-ups :)
Attached is the png using a much smaller artboard - the png export yielded the same result (attached). I'm exporting at 150 dpi for use in Microsoft Word files. I've found that they look better at 150 than at 72 dpi...
ANSWER: Hi Megan,
Definitely use 150 if you are placing into Word Files! 72 is screen resolution and will not print well at all. Do these need to be transparent for some reason? If not, save this as an eps file instead.
If they do, Id next try to export this out with just the words Cancer Care. Lets narrow this down and see if its a font issue.

QUESTION: Sorry! I forgot to mention in my previous question that all of the fonts have been outlined.
And yes, I need it to be transparent...
ANSWER: Does the same thing happen with just the bottom two words in a new document?

QUESTION: Yep - the png example I attached is just one of 14 different versions of the logo... it doesn't happen on every file, though - the cropping seems to be unpredictable.
When I copy and paste the vector art into a brand new file - no matter the size, it seems - I get the same result.
AnswerHi Megan,
I am at a loss. I've tried to replicate this error and the only way I could cut off the text, was to create a crop area before I exported out that cuts off the bottom of the text. When I export out as .png, I choose my resolution and choose "Art Optimized" with no Interlacing turned on.
I will keep looking, but if creating a larger logo is a work around for now, Id go that route.
