hi kevin...this is the 1st time this problem has happened. i edited an image in PS, opened it in several formats in illus. (it didn't need tracing). however clean it mite be it opened an mt box in signcut. also tried importing it. zero. hope u can help.

Hi Joan,

Im not familiar with Signcut. However, if this is some sort of cutting or C&C application, Im pretty certain it needs vector artwork to perform. This means that you would have to trace this in Illustrator in order for it to show up. Just opening or placing raster art in Illustrator does not make it vector. It needs paths and shapes.
