Adobe Illustrator/background trouble

Question
hi,

i have a logo which is all done on a white background and looks awesome. i want to change the background colour to black and the change the black writing to white.

now im not having any troubles doing this just when my red writing comes through on the black it has tiny white lines all around the effects of the red writing, and this makes it look slightly strange.

any answers on how to stop this??

Answer
Hi Liam,

Have you checked to make sure you have no stroke on your lettering? If you show no stroke, check the appearance panel and see what shows up. If it reads "group" or "compound path" double click the line that says "contents" to see the appearance for individual letters.

If everything appears ok, zoom in very close to see if it is just a preview issue.

Thanks

Kevin
