QUESTION: Hi there
I have art work in an AI file and I would simply like to change the colours. I have tried ungrouping etc but I cannot seem to fill an area which already has colour. I am in no way a design expert so need some help.

I can send you the file or the raw data from the file info window

Hi Bryan,

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I was in transit Sunday and yesterday for training this morning. I just wanted to send you a quick email letting you know I have the file. I opened it up quickly and saw what you mean. I'll break it down for you late this afternoon. I've seen this before... There are a few steps to do.
I'll let you know what to do.  I hope this isn't too time sensitive.
