Hi -
I emailed an Adobe Ill. version 10  file which I've zipped an saved as ai.  My friend I've emailed this to as an attachment cannot open the file.  She also has Adobe illustrator 10.  Can you please help?

Hi Barb,

I'm assuming you meant that you zipped your AI file and not that you turned a Zip into an AI file. If you did convert at zip to AI, that is your issue. You can't do that. If you compressed an AI file then it sounds more like an email issue.

What email client are you and your friend using? I've heard of Outlook and Entourage having issues opening attachments from the Mac Mail Client.
