Adobe Illustrator/PDF printing problems

Printer output
Hi!Kevin.
I took my pdf created from Illus. CS3 to the printers. And the main image came out really weird, like an x-ray effect. The image is a psd file with a transparent background, exported to illustrator over a dark blue background.

Hi V,

This looks like either your PSD file was not the correct color space for the AI file or PDF or your printer really messed this up. Even the background look odd. This is something you should discuss with them and see what went wrong with your file.
