Adobe Illustrator/Arbitrary rotate?

Hello, I am wondering if there is a tool in illustrator like the arbitrary rotate tool in photoshop. I have often come across objects in illustrator that have some how become tilted off center, and it's VERY hard to get them back to square again. Please note attached image.
I know there is a tool in Photoshop that allows you to draw a line and then rotate the canvas to square something if needed.... is there something like this in Illustrator? Thanks!

Hi Nancy,

Unfortunately, you have run into one of the most frustrating issues in Illustrator. Unless items are rotated or transformed using the effects menu, there is no way to undo it without going through and manually reversing. There is no arbitrary rotation in Illustrator. If you do rotate items, try using Effects>Distort & Transform>Transform. You will be left with an appearance setting that you can adjust as needed and reverse the transformation.
