Hi Tom.

I need to convert a large amount of pdf files into AI (CS5, is there anyway of doing it in a batch process?

Hi Toni,

I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish with this type of file conversion. Typically people request the opposite (AI to PDF) which can be done through a script. Since Illustrator can read PDF's I'm not sure what you would gain with the conversion. Would you explain the project a little more so I have a better understanding of your goal and possibly your end use.
