Hi Amy - I received a document I need to click on to navigate to a webpage.  When I do click on the link,  I get this message:

The plug in required by this action is not available. Information about the missing plug in might be available on the Adobe website.

Of course it's not.  Have you any idea how to fix this? Thanks.

Wow.  I answered this question immediately but apparently you did not receive the answer? I wondered why you weren't responding.  Thought you had just given up.

My answer wasn't great... basically I need to see the document.  In short, the message you're receiving probably has nothing to do with a plug-in... but I need to analyze the document.

I'm sorry you didn't receive the reply!  I hope you receive it this time.  This happens once in awhile - probably a glitch.
