Question
I recently upgraded my Mac G4 from OS 10.2.4 to 10.2.8. Now my diagrams in Illustrator WILL NOT paste into InDesign. Everything else works except this. I can copy paste from anything else into any thing else. Do I need CS2 to solve the problem, or is there a patch available?
Hey Steve,
No, you shouldn't need to upgrade.
Change your AI prefs > clipboard to AICB with preserve paths.
Make sure that in InD your preferences>general are set to 'prefer pdf when pasting' unchecked,
and 'preserve text attributes' checked.
