Question
I know you answered this before, but the solution didn't work. Every time we go to save an .ai file it tells us that "an error has occured." I've deleted all the Adobefnt*.lst files as well as Adobe Preferences file, but that didn't fix it.
Any other suggestions??
Hi Chris,
Since CS3 is so new, I'm going to suggest that you go to the User Forums at Adobe.com and look for posts related to your specific platform, version, error message, type of document you are trying to save, etc.
More messages like yours are appearing every day and the "good ol' fixes" just don't work with this CS3-specific error.
