Question
There is a gray box around art I am receiving from a customer who is using Adobe Ill. CS2. I have Adobe Ill.10.-PC. How can she get rid of this gray box before e-mailing me the art or how can I get rid of it once I receive the art. Thank you so much!

I'd need to see what that gray box looks like but I am going to guess that she uses some sort of transparency effects in her documents that isn't making the translation when she saves down to version 10 for you.
Can you take a picture of the screen when you open the document and send me a jpeg of what you are seeing?
