How should i save my work in Illustrator CS to be used in InDesign CS?

Hi Phil,
Sorry I didnt' get back to you sooner.  I was very busy this week. I really don't work with InDesign but my best guess would be either a native AI file or and EPS will work fine.  This was one of the things that Adobe was claiming with the CS series of programs.  That they are more integrated.  The EPS may be slightly larger but it may cause less problems in the long run.  I normally save EPS files.
