if you have a 3.5 w and 2 h page setup. how do you make them ten up in illustrator,

Hi Tom.

You have to do it manually - paste the artwork 10 times on a letter size artboard (change your page setup).

There are templates available from various designers and other sources on the internet but I honestly find it just as easy to put a 3.5 x 2 rectangle around the business card artwork, group the whole works, move it to near the top left of the page, copy it, paste in front (Ctrl+F), and move the copy 3.5" to the right using the Move command. Then grab both cards, copy, Paste in Front, and move 2" Down. Repeat until your page is full!

Then you can delete your rectangles or make them really really light colored so you can use them as trim lines.
