Hello Amy -- How do I change the center of my radial gradient fill? Thank you,

Hi Rose.

Select the object you want to fill.
Select the Gradient Fill Tool.
Click in the center of the object, HOLD DOWN and drag out towards an edge of the object. Depending on where you click and how far you drag, the fill characteristics will change.
