Question
Amy,
Do you have any recommendations for good tutorial documentation?

Answer
Hi Bob,

I assume you are talking about Illustrator tutorials. Yes, I do.  Register at Adobe.com (free) and follow this link to Illustrator tutorials.

http://studio.adobe.com/us/search/sort?x=7&y=9&sort=date&product=8&topic=0&type=...

From there, you can sort according to your user level and topic and type of tutorial (tip/tutorial).

User submitted tutorials are found at the link below and are fantastic!

When I am looking for tutorials, I always start there. If I can't find what I need, I then go out on the internet and look around.  Google "Live Trace Illustrator Tutorial" and you will find links to a number of amateur to expert users' sites who offer free tutorials. Some even include video. Most are very helpful, some aren't that great.

If you are looking for something more linear, check out Adobe's classroom in a Book series.

Hope this helps!

Expertise

I can help troubleshoot your Illustrator 9 through CS3 (and most CS4) problems and suggest the best way to get the results you need. Although I can help with some installation issues, my forte is prepress and how to use the tools and functions in the application itself.

Experience

I've been a graphic artist for over 20 years. Oh my God, 20 years.
