Hi Zhang,
Unfortunately, you are probably working with a corrupt file.
You can try to open a new blank document and use File>Place to place the problem document into the blank document.
Make sure that you DO NOT check LINKED when placing.
If that does not work, there is little you can do. Sometimes it is because of problems with a font used in the document or an embedded graphic used in the document.
