Hi Nick. Amy is 100% correct mate. It is the entourage thing.We had a designer leave the other day and our tech guy just disable his account or password (not sure which one) BUT My spacebar, Shift and sometimes command keys stopped working in Illustrator and Indesign. I tried everything, delete prefs and even reinstall whole CS3 suite (took me hours) Then I read this forum, deleted the mail account completely and the problem is fixed.
So a BIG THANK YOU to Amy, this was really causing me some grief
