thanks so much for the help
ANSWER: Hi Ana!
Does the document print and the images just don't show up?
Or does the document refuse to print?
Can you print documents that have no images?
How large are the images you are trying to print - are you linking them or embedding them when you place them?
Are you on a Mac or PC and what kind of printer are you using?
I have to mention that it still could be the printer. Or rather, the way it is interacting with Illustrator. Make sure you thoroughly go through the printer's settings to make sure nothing is wrong there.
Then reset Illustrator preferences:
1 - Quit AI
2 - Search for the folder called Adobe Illustrator Settings and move it to the desktop.
3 - Restart Illustrator and try placing/printing an image again.
If that worked, delete the copy of Adobe Illustrator Settings that you placed on the desktop. If it did not work, you can Quit Illustrator again and put that folder back where it was, overwriting the new folder that was just created.

AnswerHi Ana,
That size photo should be no problem.
Try embedding the photos instead of linking them.
After you choose print, there are a couple options that might affect printing...
Under "General" choose to print Visible & Printable Layers.
(Also, make sure your images are on a Layer that is marked as "printing.")
Under "Advanced" choose to "print as bitmap."
Let me know!
