Question Hello!
All my tools and other little windows disappeared in my Illustrator CS.
They don't even appear in the window options.
I am working on a mac book pro with leopard (in case that info is of any importance)
The program suddenly quit and ever since whenever I start the program I have no more little work windows showing up.
Can you please help in any way??? I would be so grateful!!!

Answer Hi Doris,
Whenever you have disappearing windows or tools, it's time to reset your preferences.
To do this,
1 - QUIT AI
2 - Locate the file on your machine named AIprefs and delete it.
3 - Restart AI - that file will be created again
You will now have to set your preferences again in Edit > Preferences.
