Question
When I print a document the outline of the text box prints. How can I prevent this? Thank you.

In the print dialogue under set-up uncheck the print non-printing objects and print visible guides and baseline grids.
Double check that the boxes do not have any strokes applied.
Does anything in the document use transparency? It could be a flattening issue.
Are you printing to a postscript printer? Check the postscript setting and try setting it to Level 2 instead of 3. Some non-postscript printers will interpret the actual text box as a printable item and will attempt to print it.
Try creating a pdf - File -> Adobe Pdf Presets -> High Quality or PDF x/1-a. You should not see any of your text box outlines.
