Question
Having trouble with file corruption when printing to a phaser 7760 from indesign.  The files range in size from 200mb to 30mb and are an intermittent problem.  If you change the file to a pdf the same issue is present.

Answer
Hi Kylie,

Have you tried printing to a different printer?
What kind of corruption? Does it print at all, or does it print just lines of code?

Check the Xerox website for any updated drivers or printer descriptions.

Your problem could be in a corrupt font which will send bad postscript information to the printer.

Do you use any font managing software?

.eps files can also corrupt and cause problems, check and resave any of those if you are using any.

Thanks,

Ken Black
