Question
I want to (10) disable page scrolling in InDesign, and (2) export document to PDF with page scrolling disabled also, forcing read advance page by page rather that scrolling top to bottom. Can these be done?

I am sorry about the late reply, I never received your email with this question. All Experts just notified me of some outstanding questions.
It is not possible to disable scrolling inside an ID document or the PDF that you create. Maybe in a future version, but not at this time.
