Question
Hello,

I'm currently working on a yearbook type book, where I have MANY photos that are arranged in alphabetical order. During the process of designing the book, the client often adds another photo into the lot, and it's usually in the middle of the alphabetized list. Which means, I have to manually insert the photo, and move every single photo once space over. Is there a way to automate this process?

I am working on a mac, using CS2.

Thanks for you help!
Rebekah

Answer
go to window
pages
a dialog box with all of your pages should appear
find the photo page will be right before your new photo page.
click the new page icon (looks like a postit, on the bottom)
Your new page is now in the right place.

This is also a good way to move your pages around, should you need to.
all you have to do is click and drag the pages around.
