Question
When you have a text box and you have imported text but there is more text than box...how do you delete the extra tex that is not seen in the box? In Quark it was apple option shift down arrow delete!

Answer
I believe all you would do is put your cursor to the right of the last visible character in the text box and do one of these:

1. Hold Shift+Command (apple key on Macs) and hit the 'end' key. This will highlight all the text through to the end. Then hit 'delete.'

If you don't have an 'end' key:

2. Hold Shift and command and hit the down key several times. Each press of he down key will select an entire paragraph. Then hit the delete key.
