Subject: Laying out multiple pages per paper

Question
Hi,
I've created a series of pages (2.5" x 3.5" cards) in Indesign CS3.
I need to layout these pages at 100% on a single paper.
How do I do this?
(The thumbnails  3 x 3 print setup option is pretty close but reduces the page
sizes.) Is there some way for me to 'layout' multiple 100% pages on a single
paper?

Answer
Ian,

You need to make a new document that is the the size of a single paper (letter I assume).

Next, in this new document go to file > place and choose the previous ID file (2.5x3.5) that you made. Before you click open, hold down the shift key and then click open. This will show the import options that will allow you to choose which page of the ID file that you want to place. Put this page where you want, and repeat this step until you have placed every page of your previous document. Then you can print this out or make a PDF and you are done.

FYI-this only works with CS3.

Fritz
