Adobe InDesign/Rounded corners for documents

Question
Hi Roy,
How do you customise a document so that it has rounded corners? Specifically, I'm trying to finalise the artwork for some name-badges that feature rounded corners, and I'm hoping to send through the artwork for each name-badge as a separate InDesign page, but I just can't seem to work out how. Any help you can provide wil be much appreciated.
Thanks.

Answer
Hi,

If you have dozens or even hundreds of name badges you need to create and you'd like to automate the process, look into Data Merge in the InDesign help menu. It's a bit too complicated for me to explain here.

As for the rounded corners:
It's not possible to set the document to have rounded corners but you can definitely add rounded corners to a rectangle box that you draw on the page. To do this, go to Object>Corner Options ... Rounded corners. Click the preview checkbox to see your changes and play with the size setting.

hope this helps!
