So just a couple of quick questions...
what are the PDF file requirements for offset and digital printing and how does spot colour printing work and how do i do it?. if you could offer any help it would be heaps appriciated.

pdf file req:
hi res (or print quality)
crop marks
bleed marks (if you have a bleed)
ask your printer for other reqs.

Spot color:
you can choose one by double clicking on one of the colors. This will open a menu. Choose the first drop down menu. Look at the options and based on your paper, that's what PMS chart you will use.

You will need to let the printer know what colors you've used.
