Expert: Mehdi Saharkhiz Date: 6/25/2008 Subject: setting up a booklet
Question hi,
i have taken on doing a program for our local community theatre group. i am
extremely comfortable on illustrator, and a little in photoshop, but i need to
set up this program. it will be printed on 8.5 X 11 paper, horizontally folded
and stapled in the middle. i know i have to set up the pages, and i can't
figure out how to get them set up correct to where it reads like a book. i have
completed most of the information and ads in illustrator, but need to set it up
somehow to be printed (at Office Depot, or something like that) i'll have to
eventually convert to .pdf, but i'm not worried about that now, i just can't
figure out how to set up the pages, to come out correctly...... i had a class in
this years ago, but my brain won't work anymore.

all you have to do is make all the pages and make pdf in illistrator and give it to the printer they should be able to use those files. if not just make an indesign document and place each file and make one PDF with all the files. best of luck
