Adobe InDesign/Font Default

Question
Is it possible to specify a font default for an entire project instead of requesting it with each text entry? One particular project may want to use Times but another project may want to use Avant Garde.

Answer
That is an excellent question. I don't believe that there is a way to project-specific font defaults. Why not just set up Paragraph Styles? You can create Quick Keys for them so that switching an entire story or paragraph could be done with the press of a couple of buttons (like CTRL 1).

I hope this helps.
