| Comment | Hi Glen, Thanks for the info. I'll give that a shot. I also found a thread on the web of many people with the same problem. I understand at times we need a workaround and your suggestion will probably do the trick, but it appears from this thread that many folks have the same issue with much much less complex docs so I'm thinking Adobe needs to address the issue. The irony is PDF is "their" baby, so you would think in anyone should be able to export a file flawlessly to pdf it would be an Adobe product. Unfortunately the old standard of just submitting the INDD files and support files is no longer a standard so it really turns us designers into prepress folks. The time spent doing prepress duties is time and money out of our pockets that for the most part is not recoverable. Alas, Adobe seems to have designed a standard that requires a lot of tinking and testing to get right, but then I guess you guys in the printing side of things have been wrestling with that for years.
