Question
Hi I am new at starting from scratch and designing a magazine. I have my
folio on the master page but what if I dont want it on the Toc and the first 3
pages? By the way I am using InDesign.
Thanks

Answer
Hi,

Welcome to the wonderful world of publication design.

This is an easy one. You can do one of two things:

1. Create a second Master Page that does not have the folio and apply this master by dragging it to your TOC and first three pages.

2. Simply activate the folio and delete them. To activate objects that are in your Master page just hold Command+Shift and click on them. Press Delete.
