Adobe InDesign/Typing

Question
I downloaded a form that need to fill out. However, when I start typing in a box I can only type for about 20 word s and then no more. There is a lot of space left in the box to type more words. I have version 9.0. Is there something I need to do?

Answer
Hi Wayne,

Chances are that the person who created the form did not make the active form fields as large as the space allows.

If they did not apply any security to prevent editing of the form you may be able to make the field longer.

Under the Form menu, choose Add or Edit Fields.

This will highlight the form fields and allow you to grab the bounding boxes to drag the sides out to make it longer.

Then save the form and use as normal.

Thanks,
