Question is I have been trying to do the following:
1.   I have a forum Scan sheet type with a (bubble check box) that will work like this.
2.   Listing Number 1 Bubble, 2 bubble, 3 etc…. that when I person clicks the bubble box it will (put or say fill in that number in a separate box above it with the numbered bubble fill box assigned to it).
3.   I want to have may form which is a fill in bubbles like when you take a test and use a pencil to fill in the bubble say number 2 and then above the bubble you write the number 2.
4.   I need to use a darkened bubble or fill box that the person can click say numbers 1,2,3,4,5 and so on and then  in a separate field box have that number that the person clicked on show up.
5.   Please give full details or how to do using adobe acrobat 9 and livecycle ES 8.2

ok, after asking another person what you might be asking, we have come the conclusion that you want to make an automated form that when your audience clicks on a bubble, it goes darker and does other functions, yes?

1. Ask someone in the Dreamweaver forum. Indesign doesn't do this...or well...

2. PLEASE get someone who speaks English to ask the question!
