Question
waaay back in Freehand MX there was a button to  increase/decrease the font
sizes  within a text block that has different font sizes speced. Is there something
similar in Cs4?  thanks

Answer
Hey Bill,
CS3 and CS2 did have a button for this, but it was removed in CS4. Luckily you can still do it with a keyboard shortcut.

Select all of the text that is different sizes. Then type Cmd + shift + . to incease, Cmd+shift+ to descrease. (ctrl+shift+. or ctrl+shift+, on pc).

All of your selected text will increase in a small amount.
