QUESTION: so where do you adjust the crop marks... ? im trying to make an pdf
8.5x11 page onto an 11x17 with 8.5 x 11 crop marks.
Answeractually I told you wrong, I'm sorry.
1st, to change your crop lines, you want to set your offset. In this case you would have set your offset at zero.
However, you docuement is at full bleed and therefore you need bleed lines.
You need to set your document up so that you have bleed lines at .125 around. You can do this under document set up. It's at the bottom.
If you don't do this, even though your printing on tabloid, you might have your document cut into in an undesirable way. When you export, hit the bleed tab, and use document bleed settings. You can also use crop too, leave the default settings if you do, but it's required.
